Our mission is to work closely with our clients to provide the best product available on the market within budget. With our in-house CAD system, we custom design every project, and allow the clients to refine it before we start construction.
Our services include and not limited to being General Contractors and Developers specialized in the construction of commercial buildings, custom and speculative homes using the Design-Build process.
Additionally, we have been growing our rental properties portfolio to include apartments, condos, townhomes, self-storage units, and office spaces. We currently have 116 rental units to offer.
We have brought to life multiple ground-up land developments from vacant land to complete commercial developments as well as many residential single family and multi-family housing developments.
One of our major upcoming developments is our new “United Village” to include 200+ single family housing units to market to support the needs for workforce housing of the new Hilmar cheese factory, the National and Cargill beef plants, as well as the rest of the community.
