The new “Waterside at the Gardens Condos” development consists of (3) 8-Plex buildings, totaling (24) condo units for rent currently under construction at the end of Sunrise Court.
These high end, water front condos will begin accepting lease applications late in October, 2022.
Our new “United Village” housing development is in the planning stages and will include 200+ single family housing units for sale to market to support the needs for workforce housing of the new Hilmar cheese factory, the beef plants as well as the rest of the community.
